To get you started, we have two phases of training:
 

Phase I – Training with our Head Office staff and become familiar with the support team for all aspects of your business.

Phase II (at your request) – In-depth training at your location. Virtual Support as you get up and running (or at your location upon request).

Refresher Training On a yearly basis, we also offer a two-day update training session at our HQ in Ontario.

A background in Healthcare,

(not required but this would be a bonus) With an understanding of Management, RN, RPN, PSW, worked as a hospital volunteer or worked with Seniors and their families.

Franchising FAQs

The upfront Franchise Fee is $35,000. It is paid upon signing of the Franchise Agreement and includes your training and onboarding as a franchise.

Royalty on Gross Sales: 8%
Local Advertising on Gross Sales: (Up To) 10%

In our case, territories are defined according to the population density of 125,000 households in the vicinity of a hospital and in proximity to 10 retirement homes. Additional metrics include the general geographical market, the existence of competitors, and several other factors.
