Phase I – Training from our headquarters in Burlington, Ontario
In a combination of In-person and Virtual trainings, Phase 1 instructions will cover administrative, operational, sales & marketing matters, and will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training, so you come away with a solid understanding of the services we offer.Best of all, you don’t need a significant up-front investment to get your RHRS business started. Because our franchise model is sales and marketing-oriented, and we already have excellent software and systems in place, you can start from a home office, working remotely and without the need for any additional staff.
Your role will primarily include establishing and building relationships with local businesses and individuals in your area.
The upfront Franchise Fee is $35,000. It is paid upon signing of the Franchise Agreement and includes your training and onboarding as a franchise.
Royalty on Gross Sales: 8%
Local Advertising on Gross Sales: (Up To) 10%
Corporate Marketing Fund: 1%
